What are the shipping options and costs?
Kawaiius works closely with its shipping partners to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers.
Currently we offer FREE shipping for the UK and US customers*.Free shipping is available on UK orders over £30 or US orders over $40.
For orders that do not meet the minimum spend requirement of free shipping, and for customers in other countries, we offer two options for shipping - Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item weight and volume of all the items in the cart. We will roll out our free shipping service to more countries. Any update will be reflected on this page. Please stay tuned.
Both Free Shipping and Standard Shipping only provide partial tracking. We understand you may worry when package tracking stops and cannot find any news about the location of your package. Please don’t worry – most of the parcels reach their recipients. All you need to do is to relax and just wait for the package to be delivered to you. If you want complete peace of mind, you can choose the Expedited Shipping at checkout which provides fully trackable service.
* The following postcodes in the USA are NOT eligible for free shipping:

What is the usual shipping & delivery time?
For delivery to the UK and USA, most orders should be delivered within five working days after dispatch.
For delivery to other countries, shipping time for Standard Shipping is estimated at 8-20 business days and Expedited Shipping is estimated at 5-15 business days. This does not include the 24-48 hours it takes for our warehouse to process and pack your order.
1. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.
2. Due to the high volume during holiday shopping season (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales), our warehouse processing time will be longer than the standard 24-48 hours. Please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
3. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
4. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
How to track my order?
After an order has been shipped, you can track your package. You can either click the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email we sent you (normally titled “A shipment from order # is on the way”), or find the tracking number in the Order History.
1. Most of the standard shipments are not trackable.
2. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.
3. Your order status may not update for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we sent you. So don’t worry – it’s totally normal for your order tracking to stay the same for a few days.
When will my orders ship?
We know you want your products eagerly, so we will do our best to get the products shipped ASAP. Our warehouse typically ships orders within 24-48 hours after the order is placed and processes orders 7 days a week.
Please note due to the high volume during holiday shopping season (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales), our warehouse processing time will be longer than the standard 24-48 hours and sometimes can be as long as 8-10 business days.
Can I change the shipping address?
Before your order has been shipped, you can change your shipping address. Find the order number in your order history and contact us to make the change (Note: please use the email when you placed the order and make sure to include your order number in the email subject line). Please note once your order has been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, currently we don’t deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner. If you provide a PO Box address, there can be delays in delivery.
